THE PROCESS: ARC

Step 1: Analysis

The first step is to develop a clear understanding of how the business is currently operating and what the client’s vision is for the future. This includes a full analysis of operations including sales, customer service, marketing and merchandising, as well as any other variables that affect the business on a daily basis.   At the end of this stage, the client is provided with a report that outlines the business’s problems and opportunities  

Step 2: Recommendation

During this next step, DJR designs a strategic plan for the client that describes in detail specific low-cost recommendations to fix the problems discovered during the analysis phase.  These strategies are unique to each client and take into consideration such factors as cost, timescale, and level of risk. The recommendations are presented to the client and discussed before the next phase.

Step 3: Change

Implementing the recommended changes is the most critical step of this process. DJR, in conjunction with the client ensures that the changes are made in a precise and particular manner, without disruption to existing operations.
